First, request a magic link to automatically log into your account:

Check your email and tap the magic link to automatically log into your account. If you haven’t received an email after a couple minutes please remember to check your spam/junk folder to see if it landed there.

Once logged in, you can change your password by going to: Profile > Settings > Edit Profile
