How to connect MyFitnessPal

Connecting MyFitnessPal through Apple HealthKit automatically syncs your FitOn workouts to the MyFitnessPal app allowing you to track your activity.

To sync MyFitnessPal (on IOS):

  1. Navigate to the MyFitnessPal app and tap to open

  2. Tap on the More tab

  3. Tap on Apps & Devices

  4. Search and tap on Health app

  5. Tap on Settings to connect MyFitnessPal to Apple Health

  6. Make sure Allow “MyFitnessPal” to Read Data > Workouts is turned to ON to sync your workouts between both apps

You can also set this up directly in the Apple Health app:

  • Navigate to the Health app on your phone and tap to open

  • Tap on Profile in the top right corner

  • Scroll to Privacy and tap on Apps

  • Tap on MyFitnessPal

  • Make sure Allow “MyFitnessPal” to Read Data > Workouts is turned to ON to sync your workouts between both apps

  • Repeat the same steps for FitOn if you haven’t already done so

To sync MyFitnessPal (on Android):

  • Navigate to the MyFitnessPal app and tap to open

  • Tap on the More tab

  • Tap on Apps & Devices

  • Search and tap on Google Fit

  • Check all of the settings you want to be shared and tap Continue

  • Choose an account to continue to MyFitnessPal and tap Allow to give MyFitnessPal access to your Google Account

  • Tap Allow to give MyfitnessPal access to your physical activity

  • Then navigate to the FitOn app and go to Profile> Settings> Tap on Google Fit at the top of the screen

  • Tap on Allow to give FitOn access to your Google Account.

Once enabled this will sync all your future workouts.
