How to connect to MyFitnessPal?

Learn How to Connect Your MyFitnessPal to FitOn on iOS or Android

To sync MyFitnessPal (on IOS):

  1. Navigate to the MyFitnessPal app and tap to open

  2. Tap on the More tab by selecting "..."

  3. Tap on Apps & Devices

  4. Search and tap on the Health app

  5. Tap on Settings to connect MyFitnessPal to Apple Health

  6. Make sure Allow “MyFitnessPal” to Read Data > Workouts is turned to ON to sync your workouts between both apps

    Note: Do not forget to tap "Allow" to save all the changes you will make under Health Access.

You can also set this up directly in the Apple Health app:

  • Navigate to the Health app on your phone and tap to open

  • Tap on Profile in the top right corner

  • Scroll to Privacy and tap on Apps

  • Tap on MyFitnessPal

  • Make sure it is set to "TURN ON ALL" to sync your workouts between both apps

  • Repeat the same steps for FitOn if you haven’t already done so


To sync MyFitnessPal (on Android):

  1. Navigate to the MyFitnessPal app and tap to open

  2. Once the app is open, tap on the More tab

  3. Tap on Apps & Devices

  4. Scroll down and tap on Google Fit

  5. Then, tap on Connect under the Google Fit icon

  6. You will be prompted to tap Allow to give MyfitnessPal access to your physical activity

  7. Check the boxes of all of the settings you want to be shared and tap Continue

  8. Choose an account or add one to continue to MyFitnessPal and tap Allow to give MyFitnessPal access to your Google Account

  9. Then, navigate to the FitOn app and tap to open it

  10. Go to Profile> Settings> Tap on Google Fit at the top of the screen

  11. Tap on Allow to give FitOn access to your physical activity data

    NOTE: If you have multiple accounts, once you have tapped "Allow" you will be prompted to choose an account or add an account to sync the data with. Tap "Allow" to allow access to your account

  12. You will be notified that your account has been linked when it is done
