You can create your own challenges on FitOn to stay motivated and get your friends involved in the fun! Build a challenge of your favorite workouts or set a goal to complete a specific number of workouts.
Building Your Challenge
Ready to start? Creating your challenge is easy. Simply follow these steps to create & share your own challenge:
Go and tap the Workouts tab.
Scroll down until you see the Challenges, then tap See All.
Tap on the “Add Challenge” button at the bottom of the screen.
Tap across Name and Description to edit. To add a photo, simply tap the circle on the plus sign.
Select the privacy option for the type of challenge you want to create.
Toggle the option for Select Workouts to allow for specific workouts for the challenge. Check the legend below for the options.
Note: If you would choose “Yes” for “Select Workouts”, then the button will change to “NEXT”. From there you can search and add workouts to the challenge by tapping the plus button on the bottom right corner of each workout.
Once you have tapped “FINISH” you can invite your friends to join. Once you’ve invited your friends, you can start adding workouts. This can include a variety of different programs, classes, and training types.
Challenge Options
Private
ON: Only visible to you & friends you invite
OFF: Available for anyone on FitOn to join
Select Workouts
YES: Select specific workouts for the challenge
NO: Set # of workouts (any workout counts)
Time Limit
NO: The challenge continues until you complete the goal, no time limit
YES: Select a Start Date and then choose the end date either by selecting a Specific Date or a Time Interval (30 days, 4 weeks, 1 month, etc.)
