Inviting friends to a challenge can help you motivate and inspire each other with a little friendly competition:
Find & join a challenge (or create your own by going to Workouts > Challenges)
Alternatively, select a challenge you already joined under For You > Challenges
Tap on the challenge to open it
Tap the Invite button
Select Friends or Contacts, then tap Invite
Once invited, your friends will receive an invite to the challenge. After they join you’ll receive notifications as they complete workouts for the challenge.
Challenge Progress
You can track the progress of all your friends in a specific challenge by going to For You > Challenges, tapping on the specific challenge and then looking under Participants which shows each of your friends and the number of workouts they’ve completed.
