Working Out with No Equipment
Working out doesn't have to require special equipment! Outside of the Gym category, all of the workouts on our platform can be done using nothing but your own body weight. Don’t worry if you don't have any equipment available - each workout description lets you know what's recommended, and you'll get modifications during the workout if needed.
Whether you’re at home or on the go, it's easy to get fit using just your own body weight. You can find a variety of workouts that will definitely get your blood pumping with no extra equipment needed. Just check to make sure the workout you're looking for is outside of the Gym section in the app.
Using Equipment, You Own
If you own any special equipment, you can use our search feature to look for workouts that include it! On the Workouts tab, tap the search bar, and select your desired equipment from the Equipment section.
