How can I add workouts that have been completed outside of FitOn?

Learn how to add the workouts you did outside of the app to make them count

FitOn allows you to add workouts and other activities (running, biking, etc) you completed outside our platform which count toward your weekly workout goal. Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Log into your FitOn account

Log into your existing FitOn account with your credentials, or create a new account if you do not already have one.

Step 2: Open the activity page

Go to the For You page, and open the activity page by tapping See all

Step 3: Tap on the plus sign

Tap the plus icon at the top right corner to open the option to add workouts that you did outside the app

Step 4: Select the work that you did outside of FitOn

Choose the activity you completed outside of FitOn from the dropdown menu and tap on it.

Step 3: Enter information about your workout

Fill out the details about your workout - including the date, duration, and calories. Some information is optional to include and information varies from one activity to another.

Step 4: Save your entry

Once you have filled out all of the information, select “Add” to save your entry and have it count toward your weekly goal.

Step 5: View your progress!

To view your activities, progress towards your goal, and other stats, just open the activity page the same way you did in Step 2.
