Learn how to restore your Pro subscription purchase on iOS

The FitOn App offers premium PRO features for a monthly or yearly subscription. If you purchased the PRO subscription on iOS, you should be able to unlock those features for use in the app. To ensure the PRO purchase is successfully registered on the app, we recommended first restoring your purchases.

To restore your purchases, please follow these steps:

  • Go to your profile by tapping your user icon

  • Tap the Setting icon

  • Under Settings, scroll down to find and tap Restore Purchase

Once the purchase has been restored, the PRO upgrade should appear on the app. If your PRO features are still not appearing after restoring your purchases, please forward your iTunes email receipt to the email address below:

If you subscribed to FitOn PRO on Android or Web please contact us and provide the original purchase receipt and/or order number.
