There are 3 heart rate zones you will see:
Zone 1: Fat-Burn Zone
This lower intensity zone provides many benefits for your body and will help you feel-good.
Zone 2: Cardio Zone
This magic zone combines the best of both worlds by burning fat, improving cardio, and pushing strength.
Zone 3: Peak Zone
This zone requires, and burns, the most energy (calories).
In your post workout summary you will see how much time you spent in each zone during the workout.
